Rob, quick question for you... Is Voson/Uberlink really set up to do Twitter analysis? If so, can you recommend some guidance? I'm interested specifically in links within the Twitter network rather than outside web sites linking to a particular Twitter page. If not, you recommend NodeXL?

I'm new to the Voson wolrd - and I think it is simply awesome. I used other crawling sw but I ma liking Voson and NodeXL a lot and I am eager to learn.
I've just registered for VOSON and I'm having problems getting the NodeXL plugin working.
I'm using NoceXL v1.0.195 with Excel 2010 32bit on Windows 7 64bit. I've moved the VOSON dll file to C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Research\Microsoft NodeXL Excel Template\PlugIns (slightly different location because 64bit OS/32bit App)
When I open a new NodeXL template I can't see an option for Import>From Web 1.0/Blog Network (via VOSON) even after a system restart.

I just set my username/password with your system and went to NodeXL to try the Import. I type my username ([email address supplied]) and the Password I just created, set the dropdown to Voson@Uberlink, but I keep on getting the error "You are not authenticated".
Not sure why -- when I set my Password, they said it was Strong enough and accepted it. Is there a waiting period after establishing your Password before I can get the Import to work?
