Our e-commerce provider doesn't allow the payment method to be changed when upgrading or downgrading a subscription. If a new payment method (e.g. new credit card) is required, you'll need to let us know so that we can 1) cancel your old subscription (note! you'll lose any remaining days on the subscription--they can't be prorated in this case), and 2) give you instructions to purchase an annual subscription directly from our e-commerce provider. From January 2015 the EU changed its regulations regarding collection of VAT. VAT is collected on all purchases made by EU residents. This is done automatically by our e-commerce provider and is itemised on your invoice. Please note that our subscription rates do not include VAT.
