There are a number of ways Uberlink software users can get support:

  • The Software page (only available to registered users) has user guides, tutorials and videos.
  • The following online fora are available (anyone can read these, but only registered users can post):
    • VOSON System Users - this is where registered users can ask and answer questions about the VOSON System
    • VOSON+NodeXL Users - this is a where registered users can ask and answer questions about the VOSON Data Provider for NodeXL (VOSON+NodeXL)
  • If you would like assistance with the VOSON System or VOSON+NodeXL and would prefer to not use the online fora, please email support@uberlink.com.au (please quote your account username and please note that this is a .au email address).
